Request a room away from the staff area to avoid early noise disturbances. The complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice perk during chilly mornings.

The complimentary beer and water in the fridge were a delightful surprise, and the charming decor throughout the hotel made our stay feel special. However, breakfast options could be improved for more variety.

The excellent location made it easy to explore major attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, though somewhat outdated and cramped with minimal space when occupied by two single beds. Disappointingly, the initial room assigned felt inadequate, but a spacious triple room was eventually offered, which significantly improved the experience. Additionally, breakfast options were limited, yet included a tasty guava jam that added a nice touch.

Family with children looking for great value
The location was great, the staff was very friendly. I mean, my kids loved that breakfast, tons of options, even the pancakes- never saw them eat so much in the morning!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, still you get what you pay for, you know?

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the old town square and Charles Bridge, both just a short walk from the hotel. The free coffee in the lobby was a great touch during our chilly stay. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly. I definitely recommend requesting a room in the main building for easier access to breakfast.
The only downside was the layout of the hotel. my friends and I had to walk through a corridor to get to breakfast, which was a bit annoying but manageable.

The location is fantastic, making everything accessible on foot. The room was spacious and clean, with ample storage for our family's needs. We particularly appreciated the housekeeping team who went out of their way to provide an extra towel for our little one.
My children wanted a better breakfast with warmer options. A few improvements, like more kid-friendly meal choices, would enhance the experience for families.

Cloister Inn had a cozy feel. The room provided enough space and was spotless. I loved the mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. The staff gave warm welcomes and offered helpful recommendations. Breakfast featured a decent selection, although adding more variety would have been nice. The location was fantastic, only a short stroll to attractions like the Old Town Square. Some noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. One downside was the key return process. I had to show a paper for the key each time, which felt unnecessary. Overall, a pleasant stay with more pros than cons.
